Established in 1996 as JPC Developments, the company pursued and acquired development sites and was involved in the design and co-ordination of numerous development projects ranging from small villa / townhouse developments through to medium & large scale apartment projects. The projects co-ordinated by JPC Developments were either developed by the company and/or sold to other developers however in most cases the company played an integral role in the construction & marketing of the developments through to their completion.

In early 2008 the company re-branded as CITIKO DEVELOPMENTS.

With a comprehensive understanding of all facets of the property industry, together with a sizeable bank of private investors willing to venture capital into future projects, the future for CITIKO is now about providing quality, timeless developments.
